Chia seeds can be consumed in so many different ways, add it to your favorite snack or dessert or simply mix it with your favorite juice. Not only are they a good source of fiber, as they deliver almost 42% from your recommended daily intake, but they also contain omega-3 fatty acids in concentrated amounts. As for those who avoid dairy in their diets, chia is a good source of calcium as well.
